At VendoCore, we are committed to your satisfaction with our AI automation services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new customers on their first subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Request made within 30 days of initial purchase for new customers
  • Service failure or technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service not delivered as described in our agreement
  • Cancellation before service implementation begins

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom AI solutions after development has commenced
  • Services already rendered or completed
  • Subscription renewals after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Third-party integration fees or API costs
  • Training sessions or consultations already conducted
  • Requests made after 30 days from the initial purchase date

Important Notice: Refunds for custom AI development projects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on the project stage and resources already committed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at get-consultation@vendo-core.com
  • Provide your account details and order number
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Allow up to 5 business days for review and processing

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

6. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • For services partially delivered or utilized
  • When canceling mid-billing cycle (prorated refund)
  • For custom projects based on work completed

7. Subscription Cancellations

For monthly or annual subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle (except within 30-day guarantee)
  • Access to services continues until the end of the paid period

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your account pending resolution.

9. Exceptions and Special Cases

VendoCore reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances will be evaluated individually, and decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
